Plz read this(a summary of last week BS).. i know very long, but know that i took longer time to write.. wahaha :) .. may the Holy Spirit help you to understand..

Faith is the CONFIDENT we have in God.. To have such confident(faith) you need to first know who GOD is.. eg. I have confident in my best friend cos i know him, i spent time with him. in the same way confident(faith) comes by know JESUS, His word..

1. The Bible says the prayer of the righteous is powerful.. first we need to have the CONFIDENT(FAITH) in God's word that we are all made righteous by Jesus blood(Assurance of salvation.).. Do we have such confident?? i also struggle. if you don't believe you are righteous in God's eyes, how can you release this promise of God?

2. Jesus said"ask anything in my name and i will do it to you" He even said we will do wat Jesus did and even greater things.. Wow!! wat a promise.. howevere i notice that in my 5 years of being a christistian i see little of these come true.. why?? i recently realise, I have little confident(faith) in JESUS. i don't really trust Him(so wat i am a CG leader) i don't really know Him..(that's why i am going back to basic now.. really..)

James 1:6-8 "6But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. 7That man should not think he will receive anything from the Lord; 8he is a double-minded man, unstable in all he does."

CONFIDENT!!!! FAITH!!!

few day ago as i was praying of one of our Cg member, i feel i the lack in confident in God.. i wanted to pray LONNNNNNG prayer.. alot of words.. then i realise, the more i say also no use if i don't believe.. i ended in a short prayer "forceing"(I have no better words to use) myself to believe what i prayer will come to pass..
