Any portrayal of God without the Cross is a betrayal of the One who hung on it. The church is here absolutely and essentially to make known that God was in Christ reconciling the world unto Himself ‑ His blood finally exhibits His heart. God equips us uniquely in this life--to each He gave a different set of colors so that we may--together--paint a picture of Jesus for the world.
He never asks us to be perfect in what we do, He merely asks that we take what He gave us, our diversity of passions and desires, and use them to point to the cross.
Though my art is hardly worth a second glance, barely worth looking at at all, I will use it for my God. I once thought that, since I wasn't the best of the best, I should give up. But then I remember that my God is a God who calls on the underdogs of the world to serve His purpose, and thus, I'm sure He can make use of this underdog as well~!
So, whatever your skill is, whatever your passion is, wherever your heart lies... I hope you use that to color a beautiful picture of Jesus.

Everything in the OT is a shadow of the NT.
EVERYTHING in the Bible points to JESUS!! We cannot teach a passage of scripture without showing JESUS in it.
My personal conviction --> Whatever passage in the bible, if I cannot see Jesus in it, it means i don't have a revelation yet.
And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, he explained to them what was said in all the Scriptures concerning himself (Luke 24:27)
Things unique about this bread

after supper he took the cup, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in my blood (1 cor 11:25)
4 Cups
4 CupsIn the Jewish passover celebration they drink from the cup 4 times. 2 before supper, 2 after. the Bible tells us Jesus took the cup AFTER supper. which is the third cup, and surprisingly this cup is call the cup of redemption/salvation.
Drinking this cup, the Jews look back to the first passover where God delivered Isreal from slavery and look forward to a messiah to save them.

Martin Luther, a great man of God who initiated the Protestant Reformation. His teaching in one sentence --> justification by grace through faith alone
A men who had a great revelation of God's grace and was persecuted for it. Sad to say the Church today have more faith in Law then Grace. My prayer is of God to rise up more "Martin Luther" in this generation

vs 17 - 19: He return home not for his Daddy, but for his belly. He even rehearse a speech thinking by his OWN good words he can persuade his father to make him a slave. NO NO NO, he totally missed the father's heart

He had more then a goat. He had everything the Father had. Are you like this older brother?? God had given you EVERYTHING

God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble
Have you just failed?? I encourage to to humble yourself to turn to God. Are you humble enough to believe Jesus had already paid for ALL your sins. All!! He took upon Himself all the punishment.
It is finish!!! It is paided. No add on, noting but the blood of Jesus. Lets be Humble, we don't to to beat ourself. Grace is all we need. Turn your eyes upon Jesus. Our only hope :] ONLY hope
